Blood Donor Day Set for Tomorrow

The next Blood Center of Iowa blood drive will be held on Thursday, February 4, from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The blood drive will be held at the Farm Bureau Building in Waukon.

Blood drives are held the first Thursday of every month in Waukon to allow for more donors to give. The Blood Center of Iowa supplies Veterans Memorial Hospital with their blood and blood products.

To help maintain Iowa’s blood supply, donate at the Waukon Community Blood Drive, on Thursday, February 4, at the Farm Bureau Building in Waukon. Appointments are encouraged and walk-ins can only be accepted as the schedule permits. To schedule your appointment, please call the Blood Center of Iowa at 800-287-4903.
